THE BRIEF
Abundant Home Services is an all-in-one home maintenance company. Their value proposition is simple: one company handles everything, you don't need to manage multiple contractors. The goal of the commercial was to communicate that clearly, while also conveying professionalism and trustworthiness.
The target audience: homeowners who are tired of the hassle of managing multiple service providers. People who value their time and are willing to pay for reliability.

PRE-PRODUCTION
Before a single frame was shot, we spent time on the concept. What story were we telling? What emotion did we want to leave the viewer with? For Abundant Home, the answer was simple: relief. The feeling of having someone you trust handling your home.
We scouted locations that would feel familiar, real homes, real environments, not a sanitized set. We planned the shot list around showing the work: technicians arriving, problems being solved, homeowners looking satisfied.
SHOOT DAY
We shot on a single day with a tight schedule. The key was efficiency, multiple setups, clean coverage of each scene, and capturing enough B-roll to give the edit room to breathe.

POST-PRODUCTION
The edit is where the commercial comes to life. We cut the story to music, building energy and pacing that keeps the viewer engaged from the first second to the last. Then came color grading, the step that most amateur videos skip and the one that makes the biggest visual difference.
A proper color grade takes flat, raw footage and turns it into something cinematic. Consistent color temperature, rich shadows, and controlled highlights. It's the difference between footage that looks like it was shot on a phone and footage that looks like a TV commercial.
